Welcome!

Sometimes I wonder how I ever lived without a Thermomix. Cooking is so much easier, faster, and better now that I have my own super smart sous-chef, whom I like to call My Tech Chef.


I first heard about it from a friend years ago, but I resisted buying one. I told myself I already had plenty of appliances. I could chop, blend, cook, knead, and wash dishes on my own, right? Why would I spend that kind of money on yet another kitchen gadget?


Well, little did I know how wrong I was. When I finally took the leap and bought the Thermomix TM6, everything changed. I was instantly hooked. It was love at first recipe.


A machine that weighs ingredients as I add them? Yes please.


A machine that cooks and stirs so I don’t have to babysit anything? I’m in.


A machine that self-cleans so I don't have to scrub pots and pans? Yeah, baby! 


A machine that makes the most amazing doughs for any kind of bread you can imagine? As a bread lover, a dream come true! 


A machine that can peel potatoes and whole heads of garlic? I used to buy minced garlic in a jar so having fresh peeled garlic cloves was huge! 


A machine that chops onions in just a few seconds? No more crying in the kitchen! 


A machine that makes sauces like hollandaise and béarnaise without me having to stand at the stove and stir for a single second? And risotto? And merengue? 


A machine that makes frozen fruit sorbets in 5 minutes and also ice cream? Oh la la! I'm in heaven! 


And then came the Thermomix TM7. I honestly did not think it could get any better, but wow! With a larger screen, quieter motor, larger steaming capacity, insulated mixing bowl, and a modern design, I didn’t just upgrade my machine. I upgraded my whole kitchen.


Now when friends drop by, I can whip up hummus in five minutes, salsa in five minutes, guacamole in ten, margaritas in ten, even ice cream on the spot. No planning and no stress. Just “what sounds good?” and then… done.


I really cannot imagine my kitchen without it anymore. I am completely and unapologetically in love with my Tech Chef.
